As a child, Alexa dreamt of being a "famous actor." Now, as a seasoned professional, she has come to understand that true success in this industry isn't about preconceived notions of success.

Alexa has experienced both the highs and lows firsthand. From walking the BAFTA red carpet being papped by Getty images, to going years without booking another role. She has learned that the path to success is anything but predictable.

Alexa has appeared in critically acclaimed shows for the BBC and Channel 4 and played the lead role in feature films. She has also worked as everything from a nanny to a landscape gardener. She celebrated winning 25 Best Actress awards from worldwide film festivals while working as a waitress, found out the short film she co-starred in was nominated for a BAFTA while in the staff room working as a learning support assistant. Alexa had the best times of my life, and had other times with terrible bouts of mental health struggles.
