He has served as Managing Director of Stagecoach Talent Agency UK, Europe's largest agency for Children and Young Performers, and Head of Global Casting for Stagecoach Performing Arts Schools. Throughout his career, he has auditioned over 30,000 students. Before his casting career, Tarquin worked as a professional actor in the UK and New Zealand, gaining extensive experience in all areas of the industry. After running Stagecoach Talent Agency successfully, he took over the agency and renamed it ‘The Tarquin Talent Agency.’ Tarquin now consults for productions, placing children and young performers in Film, TV, Theatre, Radio, and Voice-overs. He continues to serve on the National Council of The Entertainment Agents’ Association and was elected President for two years.
