He has worked on 58 feature films, 285 TV commercials, 38 TV series, 3 documentaries, 4 music videos, and 7 major events, including Miss World 92 & 93 and Miss Great Britain 2010. His career includes collaborations with stars like Sean Connery, Michael Jackson, Will Smith, and Tina Turner. Stephen also worked as a casting director and freelance commercials producer for top companies like Ogilvy & Mather and Saatchi & Saatchi, and as an assistant casting director on films like Delta Force and The Darkness. In 2010, he produced the Miss Great Britain campaign and managed events for the Michael Jackson History Tour, Tina Turner World Tour, and Bon Jovi World Tour. Stephen is now the CEO of Paradigm Artist Management Ltd with over 30 years of experience in the entertainment industry.
