Aya has been interested in film and acting from a young age. After giving acting a try, she ultimately ended up working behind the camera in production.
She helped to found DNA Management in 2020, starting as an assistant before moving on to a Junior Agent role and, over a year ago, becoming a Senior Agent.
Her experience in film and TV production allows her to advise DNA talent on their career journey and build valuable industry contacts. Now, with over four years of experience as an agent, she has successfully booked her clients dozens of jobs across film, TV, theatre, musical theatre, commercials, and more.
