Nana Tinley-Klimek began her career behind the camera as a Casting Director when street casting meant a kitchen floor covered in polaroids. With a background in dance and experience running talent nights in London's West End, she launched HeadNod Agency, initially focusing on street dancers, a group without agency representation at the time. Over the years, HeadNod expanded to include commercial dancers and a variety of other talents. Today, HeadNod continues to champion talent in the UK and internationally, having worked with artists such as Madonna, Rihanna, Kanye, Calvin Harris, U2, Kylie, Stormzy, Jack White, and Ed Sheeran. Feature film credits include Wicked!, James Bond, and Streetdance the Movie. HeadNod dancers have appeared in global campaigns for brands like Apple, Levi’s, Samsung, Coca-Cola, Nike, Adidas, and many more. Based in Hackney Wick, the creative hub of London.
