Before transitioning into agenting, Sabrina enjoyed a successful career in the performing arts. She was part of the prestigious Kenneth Branagh Theatre Company, appearing in The Painkiller at the Garrick Theatre, and performed in The Truth, directed by Lindsay Posner. Sabrina also worked with Lee Mack and Griff Rhys Jones in The Miser.
