Thomas began working within the entertainment industry 25 years ago. He started working in production, and moved onto film and video editing. Having built a large network of connections both in the UK and Europe he became a solo agent 15 years ago representing a very small list of European profile talents. In 2019 he founded DBA. With now over 600 talents and based in London, with branches in Milan and Paris, DBA specialises on true, international representation.
