Client care and retention is paramount to Lawrence alongside ongoing talent acquisition. Lawrence also has very strong connections with casting directors, advertising agencies and production companies many of which Lawrence has worked alongside for a numb er of years. Lawrence is a founder member of the PMA commercial working party. Lawrence has always been at the vanguard of positive advancement within the industry, upholding standards and obtaining the highest fees possible for clients. Before launchin g a career as an industry professional, Lawrence trained in performing arts and had a successful career encompassing all genres of performance. Post performing Lawrence started as a casting co - ordinator in Film and Television.Later joining Bronia Buchanan Associates, Steve Nealon Associates and the high profile Michael Joyce Management managing celebrity and profile talent.
